The receptionist made the place feel so unwelcoming. She was silent and acted strangely, and I hated dealing with her. Then security suddenly came over asking what I needed, as if I were a criminal trying to enter the hotel.

This was the first time my friend and I stayed here, and the prices were very reasonable. Cleanliness was the main thing for us, and the hotel was clean. It’s on Exhibition Street. Thanks to Nawal at reception for being cooperative and making check-in easy. She persuaded us to stay in a really wonderful way.

At night, the receptionist at the health club spa was extremely rude and impolite. She spoke about us behind our backs to the masseuse, even though she knew we were Indians too. This happened because my friend asked whether there was a discount before his session started. It was the worst service I’ve seen. Please don’t go there, and I hope they replace this disrespectful woman.

A friend suggested this hotel, and honestly, I had a great time. The service was good, the rooms and hallways were clean, and parking was good too.

The room was clean and neat, and the check-in and check-out times were really good.
