We had to ask the service boy to change the bedroom bed covers; they weren’t changed otherwise. Check-in is usually at 2pm, but even though we requested an early check-in, we were told to come back in about an hour. The receptionists were unpleasant and lacked manners and courtesy. They need more customer service training.

Our room had not been cleaned before we arrived, despite booking ahead. It was dirty, smelled bad, and had rubbish and empty beer bottles in it. We were also told the room had been given to someone else for a couple of hours. Reception service was poor. It felt like a cheap place, not suitable for families, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location is the one good thing. The furniture, linens, and sheets were very dirty, and there was no daily cleaning.

The rooms were dirty, including the toilets and bedsheets, and the staff weren’t helpful. A very bad hotel.

Just a simple apartment hotel right by the center of Juffair.
