The rooms smelled and were full of roaches, and the service from the Indian guys at reception was poor. I asked for water, but they didn’t give me my change and tipped themselves without permission. I also left my firestick remote on the table, went back for it, and they refused to give it to me. Wouldn’t recommend this place, it was the worst.

The room was dirty, and there were problems with the Wi-Fi and elevator. The Indian man at reception spoke badly. They seemed to want money, kept the water bill, and the service charge was too high.
