Sirius Tower

Spacious, clean, and the staff are really nice. Family friendly, with a very good location. I'd recommend it anytime.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout, and the secure parking was reassuring. The location was excellent for exploring, with malls and plenty of restaurants close by. The apartment felt damp and humid, and its interior looked dated. Housekeeping didn't come during our two-day stay, which was disappointing. There was no restaurant on site either. With only two elevators for so many guests, waits could be long.

The flat was spacious, and the drapes were easy to use and blocked the sunlight well. The two main bathrooms had windows, the half bath didn't, and one prayer mat was provided. According to Booking.com, the tower opened in 2015, but the outside of the windows looked as if they'd never been cleaned. Some art was still wrapped in plastic, and one bedroom bed was poorly arranged. The check-in and checkout flexibility was helpful. I booked one night in my name on the 8th floor, and the rest of the stay was under my family's name. I could check in after midnight and leave after 12 PM, while my family could arrive before 3 PM. Even on the 8th and 17th floors, traffic and music from nearby parties could be heard through closed windows, though I eventually got used to it. Cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. Towels, sheets, and comforters were stained and didn't smell freshly laundered. We booked for four, but only got towels, kitchenware, water, tea, and coffee for two. There were shower towels but no hand towels, despite holders by the sinks, and no top sheets or blankets, just comforters. The furniture, including lampshades, nightstands, and couches, showed wear. Rugs under the coffee tables looked unwashed, and cleaners only used mops, not vacuums. There were three bathrooms, but two exhaust fans didn't work and were never fixed despite promises. The bidet shower in one half bath wouldn't work with its push button and had to be operated manually. There was no iron or ironing board in the flat; the board we requested was stained. One TV remote had no batteries, and another TV still didn't work after batteries were replaced, though staff eventually replaced it. One washing machine wasn't level and made a loud noise during the spin cycle. There were washing machines but no dryers. Basic supplies like dish detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels were missing, although facial tissues were well stocked. Cleaning was only available by request and had to be scheduled between 9 AM and 10 AM, which was inconvenient. I wouldn't stay here again unless I had no other options.

Check-in took just a minute, and the front desk team, Faizan and Silviya, were wonderful. The apartment was neat and cozy. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.
