On 2nd December 2024, sometime between 10:30 and 11:00 AM, I was crossing the road and used the Mansoor Plaza Hotel premises as a shortcut. Near the exit, an elderly staff member stopped me and rudely told me to turn back because it wasn't a public road. That left me with a very negative impression. Respect and basic human values matter in any business, especially a hotel. After being treated that way, I don't see how people can trust the service.

I really like this apartment.

Their policy on EWA bills is much appreciated. A 960 Dinars annual limit is reassuring for tenants, and the service is excellent.

The facilities are clean, parking is very good, and the people are friendly. Service was very good too.

Pretty average, especially the parking, rooms, and amenities.
