For the price, the room and equipment are reasonable, which is why I come here twice a week. But the noise from neighboring rooms is loud through the night, with drunk, noisy customers playing music. The rooms aren’t soundproof, so it badly affects sleep. I’ve called the staff in charge, but they haven’t been able to control the situation or put measures in place. If this keeps up, polite, considerate customers may leave, and the place could end up full of drunks wandering around.

I’ve stayed at BW several times to be fair, and the management still leaves a lot to be desired. My room smelled bad, the sheets were dirty, and there was no housekeeping. They also charge extra tax even after you’ve paid online. Reception keeps your ID, which I understand is against regulations since other hotels only take a photocopy. They don’t seem to care much about residents either. You have to call reception for basic things like a toothbrush. The location is the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I wouldn’t stay at BW again or recommend it.

Housekeeping never cleaned the apartment during our five-day stay. We had to ask repeatedly for tissues and soap to be refilled and for the garbage to be taken out, basic things a hotel should handle. The cleanliness was a major problem. I booked four nights, 28.01-01.02.2025, expecting a family-friendly place based on recommendations. Instead, music and noise from the surrounding bars and clubs went on all night, making it very hard to rest. The neighbor in the next apartment was also excessively noisy throughout the night. From what we saw around us, it seemed likely that the apartment was being used for nightlife purposes, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw people waiting for companions for the night, adding to an unpleasant atmosphere that didn’t feel suitable for families. This should have been made clear beforehand. The stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel should be transparent about its surroundings and reconsider calling itself family-friendly, since it seems better suited to guests seeking nightlife. Hotels like this should be away from quiet, culturally respectful areas so guests aren’t misled. I wouldn’t recommend it to families looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.
