The area was crowded and noisy, and there was no parking at all. With street noise going on until 3 am, we couldn't sleep. The bathrooms were dirty, the towels looked a bit yellow, and the beds smelled. Service was awful too, with staff being disrespectful and sometimes ignoring our requests. We planned to stay for two nights, but checked out after the first and moved to another hotel.

The flat we'd booked weeks in advance and confirmed the night before wasn't available when we arrived. There was barely any parking, and the male receptionist gave poor customer service and needs more training in dealing with guests. None of the bathrooms had toilet paper, and reception didn't answer when we called. The air conditioning wasn't working properly in two bedrooms. We called reception more than twice, but nobody came to look at it. The towels were dirty, and there were no kitchen utensils.

I've stayed here several times. The location works well for getting to cafes and restaurants, but traffic noise from cars and motorbikes revving carries on at night. On my last three visits, the apartments have gone downhill for cleanliness and facilities. The furniture is dirty and needs replacing, and the Wi-Fi is very weak.

Almost everything is old and broken, and management hasn't done anything about the cockroach problem in the building. Worst place I've ever lived in.

The apartment is spacious and very nice for the price, but the area is busy day and night, so it's not a quiet place. The Wi-Fi is another downside. Also, the Google Maps pin is wrong. We spent 50 minutes trying to find it. The right spot is on Shabab Ave., opposite Elevation burger.
