Ibtisam made arriving easy and helped me forget how tired I was. She was kind, checked in often to see if things were right, and responded incredibly quickly whenever I needed something. The staff around the hotel handled requests efficiently and with a smile. I also found the new spa section deeply relaxing. This was my fourth stay at Royal Saray Bahrain, and definitely won’t be my last. Each visit reminds me how much I enjoy the comfort and hospitality here. I left feeling cared for and already looking forward to returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The spa was a one of a kind experience and really enjoyable, and the restaurants and facilities were excellent. Service was prompt, with a warm, attentive reception team. Room service took longer, but the food was satisfying in both presentation and quality. This hotel is unmatched in Bahrain.
