The reception service wasn't good. They spoke badly, as if the apartment belonged to them. I want the owner to talk to them so they improve, or replace the staff.

The pool area was filthy, with cigarette ends and beer cans, and there was a squashed cockroach left on the hallway wall outside my room for my entire month-long stay. Noise from other guests fighting and screaming kept me awake every night. I was out working every day and always switched off the AC, but housekeeping left it running while I was away for three days, so I ended up paying for the electricity. At check-in I was told people rarely exceed the 15bd cap. The reception staff were incredibly rude and lied to me. The Filipino receptionist argued instead of admitting fault, and management should assess how she does her job. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Do not stay here.

Possibly the worst service I've ever had at a hotel. If I could give it less than one star, I would 🙂

The staff were genuinely helpful after I checked out and realized I'd left important papers behind. They searched more than once and called me back promptly, which I appreciated. The furniture was new and in good shape, too. Still, there were cockroaches every day, and that made me question how clean the hotel was. I also wasn't comfortable with the area, where a lot of strange-looking people hang around. The location and cleanliness were disappointing despite the helpful staff.
