The cafe is being renovated, which was a letdown and the main reason I gave three stars, though I understand they're making improvements and hope the upgraded facilities are worth it. I recently stayed at Windsor Tower Hotel in Manama and found it decent overall. Booking through WhatsApp was convenient and saved time, and the airport pick-up was a nice touch. The price was competitive compared with nearby hotels. They also give a generous 5% discount on the bill for leaving a Google review, without requiring a five-star rating, which I appreciate as a sign they want honest feedback. The hotel offers good value with handy features and attentive service. I'd like to visit again after the cafe work is done, and would recommend it to budget-conscious travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

The location is really good, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.

I even tried emailing management, and the funny thing is, they never replied. Wifi, cleaning, food, staff, room service, all of it had problems. This hotel is full of issues, and I've never had a worse hotel experience. I'll never recommend it to anyone. Lol, really bad experience 😕

Had a nice vacation, with good hospitality and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything was good, and the rooms were well maintained. Thank you, Windsor Tower.

We were there in December 2016 and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the staff were accommodating.
