The Brazilian restaurant was excellent, and the rooftop bar had great views. The staff were genuinely lovely and friendly, which makes the problems with the room and lounge a real shame. Our suite was very spacious, but we had specifically booked a club suite with a jacuzzi bath and found there was no bath at all. Reception were pleasant and helpful, and moved us to another room with a bath. That room was only half the size, the bath wasn't clean, and the jacuzzi didn't work, so we moved back to our original room and went without the bath we'd been looking forward to. The lounge wasn't what we expected either. There was no buffet; you had to ask the chef if they could make something, and we only realized that five minutes before service ended. They also didn't explain which drinks club members could have. We found out after finishing our beers that they weren't included. I wouldn't feel able to recommend it as things stand, though with some improvements it could be much better. Others can decide for themselves.

The rooms were cleaned and the towels replaced every day, and it was quiet, so it suited families well. There was also plenty of parking. From reception to room service, the trip was more than wonderful. Special thanks to reception manager Eid Gerges and the hotel staff for their good, professional treatment and management.

Really spacious, modern rooms, thoughtfully laid out and super clean. The hotel is in a convenient spot, the lounge has good snacks and drinks, and the staff are very friendly. I also liked the spa area and jacuzzi. A great stay.

The gym, sauna and steam room were excellent, and the hotel had a calm, elegant feel. My room was luxurious, spotless and well looked after, and the food was exceptional. The staff were courteous and professional throughout my wonderful stay at Waydan Garden. Special thanks to Mr. Marwen Zgolli from the sauna room team & gym, one of the best coordinators I've met, for her outstanding help and support. Truly a 5-star experience. Highly recommended.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was greeted by friendly staff and shown to a big, clean room. The spa area was great. Marwen Zgulli walked me through the whirlpool, Sauna and Swimmingpool and explained everything in detail. There were lots of restaurants to choose from, and I enjoyed beer and snacks on the Rooftop Bar Terrace. I'll be back.
