The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant week-long stay in Seef. The location is convenient, and the housekeeping team, especially Mr, Sifaas and Mr. Aman, did a great job. They were polite and helpful, and their attention to detail kept the room in excellent shape each day. Reception could have been a bit more supportive when I called at times, though it didn’t have a major effect on my stay. I’d recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Seef.

We felt welcome and comfortable at Springfield suites, and really appreciated the whole team’s care. Akash, our cleaner, deserves an extra special thank you. He was always smiling, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The reception team were warm, helpful, and responsive, and maintenance came quickly whenever we needed something. It made a real difference.

We had a really nice stay in our two rooms. The place was clean and comfortable, though the mattress felt a little too hard for me. The staff were great, always friendly and ready to help.

The staff were very accommodating, and they even gave us a late checkout at no extra charge, which helped a lot. It was peaceful and quiet, with everything kept very clean. A great family-friendly hotel, highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with both the accommodation and service. Our two-bedroom serviced apartment was extremely neat and quiet, with a comfortable bed, a huge lounge and an L-shaped sofa that could sleep two. There were three smart TVs, two attached bathrooms and a shared restroom. The kitchen and laundry appliances included a kettle, electric stove, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and iron, and crockery and cutlery were provided too. The parking was spacious and covered. There was also a decent gym on the 10 floor, equipped with Technogym machines.
