A great choice in Bujumbura. The staff and service team were ready to listen and help. Even though I don’t speak French, I barely noticed the language gap 😊

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The pool was a welcome surprise, and they let me check out late. They offered me a ride to the airport, but it took ages to arrive. Once it showed up, though, the ride worked well. For Burundi, this is a very good hotel.

The place has a lovely feel and a convenient location, and I found the rooms clean and roomy. The curtains seemed old-fashioned to me, though. Most staff were friendly and respectful, but ordering in the restaurant could be a struggle and the wait for food was long. The hotel also seems short-staffed, which leaves people working too hard and burning out quickly.

A great hotel for spending time with friends or family. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

The pool isn't in the best spot, but the ambience is really nice. One of the best places in Burundi.
