The café gourmet is definitely worth a try, and I got lucky one evening with a really good entrecôte. The burger was excellent too, which helped since there aren't many restaurants or places to go out within walking distance. It's a lovely spot in a quiet, very nice neighborhood. I felt welcome, and a few nights there gave my Cotonou visit a more authentic feel.

The rooms were comfortable and simple, just what we wanted. The value for the price and location felt very good, and it was easy to get there. We enjoyed the food too. Terrance and the rest of the staff were friendly and always ready to help.

When our driver let us down on the way to the airport, the owner gave us a lift at no charge. That was typical of how helpful and knowledgeable the couple running this B&B were. We had a great stay: a nice room, a very clean bathroom, and a really good breakfast. They also made us amazing fish and chips for lunch one day.

Jocelyne & Terence made the beginning of my trip in Benin much easier with their kindness, knowledge, and all the help they gave me. Their B&B is in a peaceful spot that still feels central. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!
