The place is tidy, close to the beach, and has kitchen and dining utensils. But the hospitality, especially toward foreigners, was terrible. The owner was extremely rude, and the charges and bills weren't clearly explained. Ask carefully about the caution fee and electricity costs before you book. Dodoo lodge is listed on Booking.com.

The apartment is nice and the location is very good. Just watch your energy use, since the extra payment could be more than 50%.

I liked the apartment, though management has some strict rules.

We were verbally attacked and threatened by the owner. Don't come here.

Nice apartment, and a good place in Cotonou if you've got the cash for it.
