Kofi and Elliot were so helpful and kind, always ready to take care of requests at any hour. I was greeted with a smile morning and night, and they answered my questions about the hotel and city. I felt safe, comfortable, and looked after, and I’ll choose Villa Ekabo again when I return to Benin. The room was spacious, with a clean bathroom and shower that always had hot water, plus a large closet. There’s a pleasant shared area with books and instruments, and the outdoor dining tables were a nice place to sit. Breakfast was lovely each day, with different fruits, breads, pastries, coffee, and tea, and they accommodated anything extra I needed. The location was great, within easy walking distance of Plaza de Martys and other notable spots. It was my first time in Benin, and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Ekabo.

Mr Gaston took good care of the kitchen, and Mr Coffin was professional and kind while I was there. Villa Ekabo is a very nice place, with friendly, accommodating staff and good customer service.

Supermarkets are all around, and the villa is near the beach :D. It’s welcoming and clean, and feels like home. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially KOFFI and FRANCIS. I’d recommend it for short or long stays.

Mr Eric was a patient, helpful host, even with the language barrier. The stay felt like home and the location was good. Can’t wait to come back by Christmas.

Ekabo is small and made with lots of love. It’s in a great area for visiting central Cotonou, and it feels very safe. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful. Of all the hotel breakfasts we had in Benin, even at much more expensive places, this was the best. We loved our stay and sincerely recommend ekabo. It’s perfect!
