The room was comfortable, luxurious, and restful, with a beautiful view of the water right outside the window. Staff were incredibly helpful arranging transport to and from the airport. If you need an early check-in or late checkout, ask and they'll do their best to help. The location is great for the morning ferry into Hamilton, just across the water, and there's a grocery store not far away that I walked to. I stayed in October 2025 and had a wonderful visit. I might come back someday.

The staff were extremely helpful, even offering free rides to nearby places, and they gave us free ferry tickets. The ferry stop for Hamilton is right beside the hotel. There are no restaurants in or near the hotel, though, and the front desk is staffed only from 9 to 5, with phone contact available after hours. Nearby roads are narrow and have no sidewalks, so walking there is difficult. The rooms are spotless, attractive, modern, and well equipped, with very good WiFi. I slept great and didn't hear any noise. The balcony had a lovely view of the Sound. It's a very pleasant, peaceful stay if that's what you want. If you're looking to be in the center of island activity, probably not the best fit.

You can enjoy the views from the apartment, and I liked the place. It has convenient amenities and feels complete. I just wish taxi service on the island were better. Information is available if you'd rather rent a moped or another vehicle.

There's no beach, but you can sit on the balcony overlooking the harbor and watch and feed the fish. It's also close to the ferry. The staff were very nice and accommodating, and the rooms were clean. You have to let the hot water run for a while, and even then it isn't very hot.

A great mini-suite with a balcony overlooking the harbor. There's a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, WiFi, ethernet connection, coffee maker, and even a toaster. Downtown Hamilton is across the harbor, and the ferry dock is right next door, making the ride there and back relaxing.
