The breakfast has papaya, watermelon, banana, bread, jam, coffee, and tea. For the affordable private room, it’s great value. The walk down the main road to the center takes about 15-20 minutes, but honestly, everything was great for the price.

The harbor views are good, and I even saw a rainbow in the morning. You can also get good views from the attached restaurant, which serves breakfast or room service steak late at night. There’s an adorable cat, and I wasn’t cold. The staff speak enough English to get by.

The receptionist and manager seemed friendly, and the hostel is an acceptable distance from the town center. I was really happy with the place, especially for how cheap it was. My room was clean, with good beds, hot water, and a view of lake Titicaca. The Wi-Fi in my room wasn’t that great. Breakfast costs a little extra and came with juice, tea or coffee, a banana, fruit, and two pieces of bread with butter and jam. It tasted good and was enough for me.

Lake titicaca looks beautiful from here. It’s a really cute little hostel, the staff are lovely, and there’s a restaurant out back. There are alpacas in the garden next door, so cute! Lovely stay and great breakfast, but the shower was cold, there was NO HOT WATER.
