The room they gave us had a broken faucet that came off when we tried to use it. We told the maintenance man, but he spoke to us very badly, blamed us for breaking it, and left us without water instead of offering a solution. The shower also gives you an electric shock if you touch the faucet. They said breakfast included fruit salad, eggs, butter, bread, and jam. What we got was just one piece of bread and half an egg. The front desk and maintenance service were very poor. I don’t recommend this place at all.

They offered to store our luggage for free while we spent a few days away on the tour to the islands of the Moon and the Sun. The kindness of the people who helped us really stood out throughout our stay. The hostel is less than a block from Lake Titicaca and just steps from the center and market. As of March 2025, the room cost 100 BS and came with a full breakfast, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private bathroom with hot water. It was a pleasant stay.

The manager was very friendly, and even kept our luggage for free while we spent three days on Isla del Sol. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast is included, too. The hotel is well located and offers excellent value for money. I imagine it must have changed quite a bit, because the earlier negative reviews don’t match what we experienced at all. Fantastic stay!

Good stay for a fair price. Breakfast is included, and it even has eggs, which is a real find in Bolivia. The shower handle gives you a shock, so I had to open and close it using the curtain, but it works 😅
