Service was good and the location is very convenient. The rooms feel quite old-fashioned, though, and you can hear every footstep from someone walking in the room above.

This place really isn’t worth the price. One woman on staff was very rude. After our stay, we wanted to refill some water in the restaurant, but she kept asking me to pay for it. The only reason to stay here is the Bolivia Hop meeting point.

The breakfast was the only good part, it was really okay. I was glad we stayed for just one night. The shower was a disaster, and the room was so small I could barely open my luggage.

We paid 550Bs for one night for a family of four, which seemed fair for the quality. The outside looks a bit rundown, but inside the hotel is in pretty good shape. It was very clean, had great lake views, and served a lovely, generous buffet breakfast.

After one disappointment after another, it was a relief to find a hotel that lived up to expectations. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with lots of natural light from huge picture windows. There’s strong WiFi, a quiet neighborhood, plenty of hot water, and Netflix on the TV. I wish I could have stayed longer.
