Cabañas Paradise sits just minutes from Chulumani, surrounded by an abundance of varied greenery. Banana, coffee, tangerine, mango, and orange trees grow around the main buildings, including a sturdy farmhouse and a covered picnic area with a jatata palm. You can hear parrots and other birds calling, and there are even two gentle mares grazing nearby. The hosts were attentive, and the food was delicious. Cabañas Paradise, congratulations on such a lovely place.

The staff were friendly, but the place was completely run down and not cheap. My room’s shower couldn’t be used, there were lots of bugs in the rooms, and getting into the garage was difficult.

The place was in very poor shape. The beds were uncomfortable, the pool was really dirty, and breakfast felt too basic for what it cost. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
