The spot is convenient, close to the restaurants and the trailhead for hiking around the island. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view, and the bathroom was wonderful. Everything was clean, and breakfast had bread, eggs, jam, pancakes and more. The owner did seem stressed at times, though. He served breakfast once and then disappeared, leaving us on our own.

Room 1 had a roomy king bed, an en suite and lake views from every window. We were comfortable, and there were extra blankets for the cold. The landlord and his family hosted us, and everything was clean. Breakfast was included and lovely. Waliki Lodge across the way is also a good place for trout and drinks with a view over the lake. Great value, and we'd happily recommend staying here.

Miguel was chatty and accommodating, and gave us helpful recommendations. We had booked the wrong date by mistake, but the owners were so welcoming that they found us a room right away. The lake views from every bedroom are amazing, and the terrace is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. The family who live there made us feel welcome, and breakfast, especially the pancakes, was great. It's a long climb from the port, but the views and location made it worth every step. THE BEST PLACE TO STAY ON THE ISLAND.

The hilltop setting above Titicaca lake gives you an amazing view, especially at sunset. It was also very quiet and peaceful, and we slept really well. Our room was spacious and clean, with a big comfortable bed, and the modern bathroom had hot water. WiFi worked okay. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back for longer.

The family running this hostal are lovely, and the rooms are excellent, with a nice bed and a good shower. Breakfast was very nice too. It's a big walk up the mountain to get there, so leave the big bags on the mainland. Glad we stayed.
