The staff were nice, and breakfast was okay, though there wasn't much variety. The place is worn down: the bathrooms smell, the floors need new carpet, and the walls need repainting. It doesn't look like it does online. At best, it's a glorified hostel.

The rooms were clean and roomy, with hot water in the shower. We showed up unexpectedly and the owner let us in. Good prices and service, and he speaks French, English, and Spanish. I'd recommend it to anyone!

Very disappointing. When we got there, the place was shut and nobody answered the bell. I think another guest may have let us inside. We had booked through Guest Home 4th Floor, a linked business, and Eddy from 4th Guest House had told us they'd moved to this address. The host switched off the Wi-Fi and opened the door to make us leave, then sent us to the 4th Floor Guest House. Its doorman said they weren't at that address anymore. The host was really rude. There had been a few other bad reviews. Were those deleted? Was my earlier review deleted too?

A lovely pool, and the place was very clean and spacious. It's a nice little B&B tucked behind Paracas. Bring mosquito repellent, though, and don't expect breakfast.

The decor was really nice, and everything felt comfortable and clean. Everyone working there was very helpful. Highly recommend it.
