AGGRESSIVE HOST! Don't book an apartment with Lhamourai! We were left waiting for 30 minutes in a dark, sketchy parking lot before the owner showed up. He was very unfriendly, super rude, and charged a bad exchange rate. When I asked him to be a little more polite, he told us to just go, GO! and kicked us out onto a rainy La Paz street with all our backpacks :( We've had many, many good experiences in South America, almost always, but this guy and agency were just terrible!

The apartment has modern features like heating, a refrigerator, and a modern kitchen. It offers good facilities for a reasonable price, and the area feels very secure, close to plaza murillo.

We really enjoyed Fernando's apartment. It's a good place to stay, and the location is great. Fernando was very helpful.

The owner, Fernando, speaks Japanese really well and talked with me in Japanese, so communication was easy. The room had plenty of space, and the kitchen was stocked with utensils, which was great. There was hot water in the shower, but it kept coming out inconsistently. I watched it for a while, and when it gradually got worse, I asked for a repair. I checked out the next day, though, so I don't know what happened afterward. I assume it was probably fixed.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of everything, and I would gladly stay again if I get the chance. It's a welcoming, pleasant place with attentive staff. Since there isn't an office for questions, though, you have to be more proactive about getting in touch with them. I recommend it.
