The room feels more like a studio and is quite spacious, with a desk and a good kitchen. It had a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and enough kitchenware for two. I liked that the floor wasn't carpeted. The place is new and clean, and there's a heater in the room, though not in the bathroom. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor. Music from a nearby restaurant could be heard until about 10pm, then it got quiet. Two things could use attention: the wooden toilet door doesn't fit properly and makes noise when opening or closing. Also, the small window by the heater needs a dark sticker. At night I could see outside, but I prefer it dark for sleeping and privacy.

The rooms themselves were very nice, which made the rest of the stay all the more disappointing. First, check you have the right hotel: there are two Fratelli Hotels close by, both in the same group, and carrying luggage between them is a nuisance. Our room had tea supplies but no kettle. The next morning the shower was cold and the drain was blocked, despite being told the water would heat in five minutes. We were moved, only to learn breakfast was served at the other hotel. After we complained, they brought it over an hour after we ordered, although we'd been told it would take 30 minutes. The eggs were cold by then. My wife's rucksack also picked up a suspicious-looking white powder from a wardrobe that hadn't been cleaned properly. Altogether, it wasn't a good experience.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and handled every request well. My only issue was not being able to get a hot shower in the middle of the night; otherwise the service was excellent.

The rooms were spotless, and the service was both excellent and friendly. A fantastic hotel.

The location couldn't be beaten, and the surroundings were top quality. Service was excellent.
