The room was nice and the shower had good hot water. Staff were polite and helpful, and the location and value were good. Breakfast was the weak point for me. After staying in many hotels in SA, I found it basic and below standard.

The bedroom was very clean, and the location was handy, close to the city center and purple teleférico station. Breakfast wasn't bad, but the service felt uneven. My friends were offered omelette and eggs, while no one asked me, and nobody was checking the tables. They got breakfast about 15 minutes before me, even though I arrived on time, around 8:15 am. We were in different rooms, and at night my friends were asked whether they wanted heating. Nobody called to ask me, though it was cold and I would have liked them to.

Staff were helpful and took care of what we needed, and the price and city location were good. Breakfast was a basic continental one. The center of La Paz gets noisy, especially on weekend nights, so ask for a room higher up, around 10 floors, to cut the noise. The tradeoff is that hot water takes longer the higher up you go.

For the price, it was very good. The location is excellent, within walking distance of everywhere and right by the metro. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff were very loyal. I'd stay again.
