The bed and linen were comfortable, and the apartment had a nice modern look. It was missing some basics, though, including a frying pan, hand towels, and a towel for the floor by the shower. The patio was just a bare concrete square surrounded by tall barbed-wire walls, with no furniture, and there was no furniture by the pool either.

The staff were friendly and around 24/7, and they gave helpful tips about places to visit in Santa Cruz. The rooms were the cleanest I've stayed in, with plenty of space, a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and a modern shower with strong hot water. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there was Wi-Fi, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, a safe, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things. Pacifico sets the bar so high that other hotels in different cities feel disappointing afterward 🤭. If you're picking a hotel, stay here. You'll thank me.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the staff are really friendly. It's comfortable and clean, and the pool is small but has a very nice view.
