We felt uncomfortable and unsafe here. Our bathroom toilet leaked, leaving the floor wet with toilet water. When we told the front desk, they handed us a mop. We asked for towels and got ragged, faded hand towels instead. There was no toilet paper, no towels, and no water to begin with. The shower had a hole in the wall, and the windows had holes in the glass and wouldn’t latch, so someone could open them from outside the room. We were first put on the third floor with no elevator, phone, or plugs for charging a phone or iPad. Then they moved us to a supposedly better room, but its air conditioner didn’t work, and its switch was near the ceiling, well out of reach.

The staff were nice, but it was so noisy that getting a comfortable night’s sleep wasn’t something to count on.

Good value for the price. The private rooms have bathrooms, cost little, and are close to the main bus station.

The bed was comfortable, and the place was reasonably clean. Staff were nice, and the price was reasonable too.

Low prices and a central location make it fine for a night or two. Comfort and cleanliness could be better.
