6/10
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nice enough, but it was very noisy. People nearby were playing guitar and doing karaoke, so we didn't get much sleep. Breakfast was average, though about what you'd find in most places in Bolivia.

10/10
It's not cheap, but I thought it was worth the price. The hotel feels FANCY compared with most of the places we stayed in South America, and the breakfast at Hotel Mitru was some of the best food we found in Bolivia. It's also centrally located in town.

They put real effort into making our weekend in Tarija nice as a couple. The service was friendly and good, and the place was clean and comfortable. It's a ten-minute walk from the central plaza. The included basic 'Tarijian' buffet had fresh strawberries, papaya, and local biscuits.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. A great place to stay, couldn't ask for more.
