We had a room for three and slept well, the beds were comfortable. The showers were clean, and the place was quiet. There’s also a big kitchen and dining room where you can cook. Super hostel, I recommend it!

The owners are so, so sweet, and the kitchen is great. Our room was clean, and we loved staying here. The garden is lovely, and you can pitch your tent too. Cheapest hostal in torotoro, but also the best!
Our room was fine, but the open-air shared space beside the garden, with its kitchen and tables, was the highlight. Don Pachi was helpful and full of useful information, and even met us at the bus stop when we got to town. They also let us use their hand-washing laundry setup for some much-needed clothes washing.
The family’s hospitality made our two nights really nice. It was quiet at night, and we appreciated the local tips. The rooms were clean, and the garden area was a lovely place to eat outside, with a cute parrot there. We’re a couple and loved it, but I’d recommend it to families too.
They cancelled our reservation, then said the dates couldn’t be changed and wouldn’t refund our money. That left us in a difficult spot and really frustrated. The customer service and communication were very poor, and the staff came across as unprofessional. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this hostel. If you need somewhere reliable and trustworthy, I suggest looking elsewhere.
