The common areas are beautiful and relaxing, and the service is great. The hotel is excellent. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The rooms are great, breakfast is good, and the staff provide great service. But at these prices, continuous hot water should be a basic feature, whatever the weather. On cold, cloudy days around 10 degrees Celsius, the water is freezing and you can hardly shower. It’s a real shame. Since the system runs on solar panels, they need to find another way to provide hot water on cloudy days, and do it quickly.

The culture and tradition of Trinidad come through in an elegant way.
