When we arrived for our July 23, 2025 reservation at Bella Breeze Resort, there was nobody on site, no keys, and no check-in instructions. The booking had been confirmed through the official website and verified over WhatsApp with their team, but we couldn’t reach the resort contact number by phone or WhatsApp despite repeated calls and messages. We were left without accommodation and had to book another hotel at the last minute, for significantly more than our original reservation. It was an unprofessional and distressing experience, and a resort should at least make sure guests can get into their rooms and contact someone if there’s a problem. I’m still waiting for a response and resolution. I don’t recommend booking here unless you’re comfortable with the possibility of arriving and having nowhere to stay.

The location worked perfectly for us: Te Amo beach is a 1-minute drive away, and the big supermarkets are about 5 minutes by car. Wim picked us up from the airport and had a pickup truck arranged and delivered to Bella Breeze before we arrived, outstanding service. The pool is big, with a great view and a comfortable temperature, not cold or too warm, so you can hang out there all day. We had a wonderful stay from december 2020 until end april 2021. Wim & Ina are friendly and relaxed, and always helped whenever they could. The apartments are basic but good, with everything you need; we stayed with two kids and a baby without any problem. The cleaning ladies were friendly and good with the kids too. We recommend Bella Breeze and will definitely come back. In fact, I made another reservation when we checked out, says enough, right?

I was terribly disappointed. The room was unsatisfactory and full of mosquitoes, and there was nobody to talk to about the problems.

A nice place to stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone. My one small request would be to have the towels changed regularly in the room.
