Dive Hut - Boutique Apartments

Irene handled check-in in a very relaxed way, and the people were friendly, with rest and relaxation clearly in mind. The place was quiet, with nice neighbors and a pleasant pool. The apartment was nice, with parking, and convenient for just about everything. Kralendijk centre is only five minutes away by car. My car was waiting at the airport and check-in went smoothly. It's a great place that I highly recommend, unless you need a $5K room and a gold toilet to piss in.

We spent two weeks here, flying direct from Toronto with WestJet. This was exactly what we wanted as a base for diving in Bonaire, and the room with the drive and dive package was very affordable. Gerard and Millie arranged our booking over email, welcomed us with a cool drink, and made sure we were set for our time on the island. When there was an issue with our rental, Gerard helped us navigate the local process and get a replacement vehicle.

The staff were super friendly, and I can't really complain about the place. We had a good relationship with wanna dive, which I totally recommend after trying three other dive shops. There's a locker room to rinse and store dive gear, and the hotel is close to everything, just one block from the beach. Grocery stores are nearby too. Our room was simple but clean and had AC, a warm shower, kitchenette, towels, and a patio. Breakfast is available each morning for a small charge, but we cooked our own in the room all week. The hotel restaurant also makes great Mexican food Thursday through Saturday.

Lea is missing Hut (the cat) too. We had a wonderful stay at Dive Hut and were totally satisfied with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable, and the simple room had a great mini kitchen for preparing meals. The internet was pretty consistent. The restaurant was great, with breakfast daily and dinner three days a week.
