The Hut Bonaire

We were there for a week, and the room was quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved having our evenings on the rooftop terrace for the breeze and the views. The outdoor seating area for each room is tucked into a lovely courtyard, and there are plenty of lines for drying wet gear. The Mexican restaurant was delicious, too. The place has a cheerful feel, cozy rooms, and a great location. Service was especially friendly. Thanks Lukas, Sophia, and the rest of the staff for making guests feel so valued. We plan to return.

The staff made us feel welcome from the start, and the owner's offer after I mentioned my early checkout really stood out. I had work to do before a later flight, so he let me keep the keys and return later to freshen up before going to the airport. That was thoughtful service, and I'd gladly stay again. The Hut Bonaire is a small, cozy hotel with about 15 rooms over two floors and a pleasant sun terrace. There's a Mexican restaurant next door, and the pool is across the street. My room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, a mini fridge, and hot water. It was one of my best stays.

Our room was stylish, modern, and carefully put together, with a relaxing, homey feel. It was cleaned thoroughly and discreetly, and when the host learned we had a lot of kite gear, he arranged extra storage for our boards. He also seemed to anticipate questions before we asked. His island knowledge came through in the useful, up-to-date guidebook and his recommendations for restaurants, places, and activities. Most of all, his kindness and attention made the stay special. He was available and took every request seriously. Our flight was badly delayed, but he waited up late without complaining. When the rental car we hadn't booked through him broke down, he promptly jump-started it and got us moving again. We'd absolutely return. The host's dedication was rare, and we'd give the place 20 out of 5 stars if we could. Thank you so much for everything.

We took two rooms and the host made us feel at home. The service went beyond what we expected, and we'd recommend staying here. It's clean and welcoming, and walking to our dive was great. I'll definitely come back when I'm in Bonaire again. Thanks for everything.
