Cantinho Do Sossego

The location is right in the city center, and everything was spotless. My family and I felt very comfortable at Cantinho do Sossego. We enjoyed the barbecue area and leisure space, which were both cozy, and the place exceeded my expectations. The photos are recent, too. D Ligia, the owner, and D Edi at reception treated us very well. Congratulations, D Ligia, and thank you. I'll definitely come back again.

I wouldn't stay here even for free. I went to rescue some friends who were staying there, and the house was hot and full of bugs. There were ants everywhere, wasps inside, and piles of debris in the yard with exposed nails and rust all over. If you rent a house for holidays, you need to maintain it and treat guests properly. The place needs serious maintenance. The house structure is old and worn down. The posted photos are from around 9 or 10 years ago and don't match its current condition. The barbecue grill was badly rusted, the table had termites and was deteriorating, and there were anthills all around the yard, three large wasp nests, and a termite mound. In the back yard there was debris, a mango tree, and a turtle. It's a small back building that was split off from a two-story house. A family lives upstairs, and when they use water, dirty wastewater comes out of a pipe by the entrance, along with a bad smell.

I only came by to visit friends who were staying there. It seemed like a charming, comfortable place. My friends said they liked it a lot and had a very peaceful stay.

There are several rooms, and the house feels pleasant and peaceful, just like its name suggests. A good option to book with a group of friends or family.
