Pousada Amanhecer na Mantiqueira

The room was really cozy, and breakfast delivered to it was generous and had plenty of variety. It was a bit too cold for us to use the pool. Dona Etel and Orlando welcomed us warmly, showed us around, and told us the inn's story. It also has some lovely old pieces from Italy that have been very well preserved, a real treasure. We took the chance to visit nearby Monte Sião- Mg too. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you visit água de Lindóia.

We felt like part of the family during our five days at Amanhecer na Mantiqueira. Rogério, Sra Etel, and the rest of the staff were all kind, thoughtful, and quick to help. They were especially wonderful with my one-year-old. Whenever I needed hot water or help cleaning his bottle, they took care of it right away. A few times we left the bottle in the room, and the housekeeper cleaned it without us even asking. That kind of thoughtfulness means so much to a mother, and they were so affectionate with my son and my whole family. Thank you all for such a lovely stay. I highly recommend it.

We only ended up at Pousada Amanhecer na Mantiqueira by chance, after arriving at another inn for Carnival and finding out they had no reservation in our name. They blamed an error by decolar, and at first we were panicking. A quick Google search led me here, and it turned out to be the best bit of luck we could have had. Rogério was so attentive, and the place has exactly the peaceful, family welcome we were looking for. Thanks for taking such good care of us, Rogério. We'll definitely come back.

We stayed the weekend of 11/07 and were welcomed well. Everyone gave us plenty of attention while we were there. It's a peaceful spot where silence and calm really take over. Many thanks to Rogério and family.
