We came for a week and left feeling reborn 🫶🏽. The hotel was amazing and the service spot on, especially Henrique in the restaurants, who was great. I also liked the ice baths, yoga, well-equipped gym, and healthy food.

We were looked after from the moment we arrived, with kind, friendly staff who were always quick to help. They even arranged an early check-in and late check-out so we could enjoy more of our stay. The room was immaculate and we loved its amenities, while housekeeping kept it in beautiful shape and added thoughtful touches. Ponta Dos Ganchos felt magical, wonderfully luxurious, and the service was on another level. I'd tell anyone to stay here and enjoy every minute.

We went for a weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the team made it a special occasion. They left balloons in the room and surprised us with a perfect cake. The food was better than I expected, made with notably fresh ingredients, many grown on site. The vegetarian dishes were just as high quality as the meat, and the mixologist was a real professional. The gorgeous location also gave us some lovely sunsets. Staff thought of everything and took wonderful care of us. Whenever we left the room, they tidied it, during the day and again before dinner. My thanks to Ronán and the whole team for such a lovely stay 🙏 There were quite a few mosquitoes, and it was a little difficult to reach the resort to book activities ahead of time. I eventually got through, and they made the weekend a delight. It was the best resort experience I've had, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
