Pousada Nefelibatas

Awesome.

The outdoor facilities are excellent, with clean pools, a pleasant setting, and plenty of space for dogs. But the service was a disaster. We stayed for five days and our room was never cleaned, even after I asked the housekeeper three times. Rain came into the room, stopping less than 20 cm from our laptop and other electronic equipment. The bathroom has no curtain, so water gets everywhere, and there wasn’t even a floor squeegee. There was a huge mirror covered in handprints, and although the TV is flat-screen, it isn’t smart. They only provide free channels and more than 100 church channels. If I wanted to watch a Mass, I’d go to church, not a hotel. Management could fix these details with a little more care. I’d really like to come back with my family, but I’d have to think three times about whether it was worth it.

We got some good rest and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with fresh fruit, homemade cake, and eggs made to order. The view is lovely, and the place is quiet and pleasant. Our chalet was clean, nicely decorated, and really comfortable. The beds need attention, though. Two had deep dips in them that made sleeping difficult.

Beautiful place, with a lovely landscape and nature all around. The room was very clean, the facilities were great, and breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
