The worst part was how little consideration we were shown. We’d called ahead and were told to come, then after a 12-hour trip we arrived to find a woman, apparently the attendant or owner, and a young man on the porch saying the place was under maintenance. We called again in case it was a different establishment, and heard the same woman tell him to “take the phone off the hook” while it was already ringing. There was no proper conversation, just dismissive, disrespectful treatment. The service felt completely unprofessional and unwelcoming. It may be cheaper, but this is a case of cheap ending up costly. Awful service, no welcome at all. I’d give zero stars if I could. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The brewery smell seems to reach the whole city, and it comes up through the bathroom drain. The downstairs rooms could use better ventilation.

The air conditioner was very dirty, and the suite in room 18 had no door. In the double room I requested, there was only one pillow, so I had to get in touch to ask for another. I paid the full rate, which the sign said included breakfast and parking, but Sra. Maria said breakfast couldn’t be provided in the morning because the cook was sick and, since it was a holiday, she couldn’t buy supplies. There isn’t a proper reception either. When the owner leaves, an older guest is left to keep things going. The service was really poor, and the invoice she provided only gave a superficial account of the service.

The place is simple, and the rooms are pretty ordinary for the lower price, but I thought the rate was good and it wasn’t expensive. It’s off the main road, though the street is quiet. Check-in was easy, and the person at reception was very friendly. The place was clean.

The room was tiny and smelled musty, and the bed stank. There was no hygiene, the shower kept switching off, and you can barely fit on the toilet while sitting down.
