The owner was really nice, and the staff were amazing and friendly. There’s a huge kitchen for cooking, the room was quiet and comfy, and breakfast was good. I had an amazing stay and met some amazing friends on my trip, just before lockdown in Brasil.

The staff were wonderful and shared some good ideas for things to do nearby. From the tree beside our cottage, we saw lots of tukans. The little houses sit on a lovely green property with a nice view of the mountains and town. The final stretch of road to the hostel is dirt, but our little car managed it without any trouble.

Quiet and peaceful, right in nature, with a full setup including a pool and kitchen. It offers pousada, hostel, and camping options. Excellent place, really calm and very good!

I loved the chalet, it was so clean and organized. The whole place is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by nature, with several cute cats living there. The breakfast is incredibly well prepared, and Rafa’s service was impeccable. I visit alto paraíso often, and this is definitely going to be my regular inn. I’m enchanted and will absolutely be back!

We’ve been coming for many years, and now I’m happy to bring my son and friends and recommend the place to anyone. Rafaela and her whole family are so attentive and kind, and make us feel at home. The breakfast is simply perfect. I love this place and always come back with a happy heart. A wonderful stay, as always!
