The staff made guests feel welcome. Sarah and Mariana at the front desk and Erica in the breakfast room were great, and gave a really warm experience. The room chair isn't comfortable, so you may want to work from the lounge. Parking is free, the hotel is easy to find, and there's a small shopping center nearby if you need one.

Lia and Barbera were very kind and went out of their way to help. They provided great bilingual service and suggestions for getting to know the area, which I really appreciated during my first few days in a new country. I stayed three days and found the service excellent. The hotel was comfortable and affordable. Thanks, guys!

I know Ibis is a budget hotel and I've stayed in some before, but this one feels old and poorly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it. There are better choices in the city.
