A good choice for a business trip in Americana. The rooms are nicely furnished, breakfast is excellent, and both the gym and pool are very nice.

There's a connecting door to the next room, and you can hear what the person there is saying or doing. Aside from that, the hotel is the best in Americana as far as I'm concerned. The rooms are good, breakfast has plenty of options and is very good, and the waiters treat you very politely. The location is okay too, near bars and restaurants.

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is good. But the noise is a real problem: you can hear everything happening in other rooms. Breakfast is good, unless you come down after 9 a.m., when only leftovers are available. That’s not acceptable.

The room and pool are amazing, and the hotel has a beautiful bar and tea room. But the other employees are too young and don’t pay attention to what customers need. They never told us there'd be no lunch, dinner, or room service on Sunday. They also didn't mention that breakfast hours change during the week: Sunday it runs until 11, but Monday only until 10. Mr Nelson is the one who makes all the difference at the restaurant. When he realized nobody had told us about the breakfast timing, he brought us food even though breakfast had already ended. The restaurant staff are the heart of the hotel. Go when the restaurant is open.
