Pousada Lacula is right at the edge of the village, so it’s quiet in the evenings. All I heard was a gentle breeze and the sounds of nature. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with little details that made things comfortable, and the breakfast had lots of delicious choices. The staff were kind and attentive, while still giving guests plenty of privacy. For kiting, there are great launch spots a short five-minute walk in either direction, with excellent conditions and plenty of room. Sylvain, the friendly French host, made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always around with a smile and helpful tips, like an old friend. There’s also a cozy seafood restaurant next door with fantastic fish and octopus, definitely worth a try. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want to relax.

The bed was enormous and the mattress comfortable, and breakfast was great. The pousada is in an excellent spot, right on the beach.

Paradise at Lacula pousada, with Sylvain managing the place. Such an amazing welcome in a beautiful setting. We had sunset caipirinia before a delicious buffet of fresh food. Everything we needed, thanks for it all!
