This place didn't feel family-friendly to me. There were no cribs, no microwave available at night for warming bottles, and breakfast wasn't allowed in the room. When I asked the receptionist to call a taxi or give me a number to call, she said she couldn't. She was nice about it and said everyone uses Uber these days, so that's what I used, but I still think reception should be ready to call a taxi when someone asks. The room was clean and well organized, and all the employees were very nice. We were short on pillows and blankets, but when I asked for extra pillows, the receptionist brought them to me.

The worst part for me was breakfast. There was no bread or fruit left when we went down, and the attendant just said they were out. Nothing was replenished. The staff weren't friendly or welcoming either, and I'm glad I only had to stay one night. The hotel has a good setup and a great location, but it needs more care. The rooms weren't cleaned well, the bathroom was grimy, and the towels were old. Things can't stay in good shape without maintenance. The hotel isn't so cheap that it shouldn't at least provide a decent towel to use.
