Studios Oscar By You

I visited a friend today, 20-11-2025, at Oscar Freire 2295, around 11:00. I’ve never seen a doorman so rude and full of himself. I don’t know if he’d had a fight with his boyfriend that day. As I was going in, I heard a woman passing on the street say, “she’s hot.” How can a beautiful, high-end building hire someone like that? He was rude, rough, completely disrespectful, and stupid too.

The building’s management is disorganized, and the janitor doesn’t seem equipped to deal with so many issues or manage them properly. Living here has been nothing but a headache. The You, inc. project is terrible. When it rains, water collects in the garage, and the parking layout is so poorly designed that some residents’ spaces are blocked by other residents’ cars. After one year, a concrete structure fell onto the pool. There are leaks and drips in the gym, and the front desk is extremely disorganized. They can never find the mail.

We cleaned and sanitized the blinds in an apartment in this condominium, and they came out looking like new.

I live nearby, and there’s no front desk to warn people who don’t realize that loud music and conversation aren’t allowed at 2:10 in the morning.
