The staff were really nice, and the cleaning crew worked hard. I also had hot water in the shower. I stayed for two weeks and the bar downstairs sometimes played music loud enough to bother my colleagues, though I was on the other side and it didn’t disturb me. One thing to watch: the balcony door locks itself if you go outside and pull it completely shut, and then you can’t open it from the balcony.

The fitness room is small but has good equipment, and breakfast is basic but fine. Service was good, and the bed and shower were excellent. The location is the biggest plus, just two blocks from Paulista Avenue, so it’s very good value. I’d definitely recommend it.

My room had a stunning view, and the neighborhood was wonderful, very close to Paulista Avenue. The room itself was beautiful, and the hotel was well organized. The employees were kind and patient throughout. Everything was excellent, and I’d strongly recommend staying here to friends or family.

6/10
The apartment is cozy and nicely put together, though it does feel a little old. The location is great, close to food and tourist spots, and the hotel’s pool and gym help make the price reasonable. Breakfast was disappointing, especially since the juices didn’t seem to be made from real fruit. I didn’t use the service very much.

We really liked our stay here. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and when we asked for an extra 90 minutes for work, they understood and let us check out at 1:30 pm. The room feels like an apartment, so it was comfortable and cozy, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for my online work. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.
