I booked through booking, but when I arrived there was nobody at the place, and the gate was open. I called the listed number and got a private individual who was already upset that their number had been posted as a hotel's contact. In short, the place doesn't exist.

I was welcomed well, but the rooms fall short in a few ways. The shower water is always cold, which is a major problem in cold weather.

The service fell short. There weren't any towels or toilet paper in the bathroom, and there was no radio or room service either.

In room 4, the shower was weak and gave very little water. I didn't need to move to another room, though the sheet was torn.

The place felt cozy and was really clean. Patriarca metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. I loved staying here, and the staff were very polite. The entrance is staffed around the clock.
