I wish there were a way to give this no stars. We booked through Decolar, but when we arrived late at night there was no room, even though we’d already paid. Don’t make the mistake I did of thinking things had changed after reading the reviews. They seem to cancel paid bookings for everyone. This place should be used for something else. It’s dangerous.

What made the stay worthwhile at all was the staff, who were always helpful and kind. The place itself looks more like a car dealership garage, and the structure is in very poor shape. The liquid soap they provide is so watered down it barely cleans anything. I paid a lot for what the hotel offers, and it didn’t feel worth the money. I’d have rated it differently if I’d paid a third of the price.

We stayed one night and left the next day. This was my worst hotel experience, and honestly it seemed more like a motel. The place was dirty and felt unsafe, and the attendant seemed lost. Other guests played music at 5 in the morning. There were mosquitoes, I hope that’s all they were. A floodlight on the front of the building shone straight into the room, and there wasn’t even a curtain. I tried hanging a sheet over the door, but it didn’t help, and I couldn’t sleep.

A terrible stay. There wasn’t a towel, soap, or toilet paper in the room. The lights were much too bright for sleeping, and the room faced reception, so there was a lot of noise.
