Okay.

The building has the usual issues you get with an older property, but the building manager is very dedicated and does everything possible to reduce the problems, especially with so many apartments, many of them used for Airbnb. The staff are outstanding: attentive, helpful, kind, and polite, and they work together really well. Every one of them deserves personal and professional praise. The real nightmare is Adaplan, the awful, incompetent, detestable administrator for some of the rental units. They can make your life miserable.

A peaceful, carefully maintained stay in a family-friendly atmosphere, with a great location.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The concierge is friendly and helpful, and the location is very central, with Avenida Paulista just around the corner.

The front entrance was closed, so I had to get into the building through the garage.
