The room got stuffy because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. At night there was also noise in the hallways, and the thin walls let you hear other guests talking. When I asked reception for help, the staff seemed unprepared and offered no practical solution.

The rooms were clean and wonderful, and I was welcomed with a lot of care. The service was great. I loved it and will come back again.
